Conference fee – early bird: NOK 3.125
The conference fee includes the programme, all scheduled meals during the conference, conference materials and 25% VAT.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent to RegInnPol2024@inn.no no later than September 10th. Cancellations until this date will be refunded excluding a 500 NOK processing fee. Cancellations after this date or non-attendance at the conference will not be refunded. Another person from the same organization may step in as a replacement at no additional cost.
Accommodation
Hotel rooms have been reserved at the conference hotel Scandic Lillehammer Hotel. Rooms will be able to book through the conference registration formula. Prices are:
Single room: NOK 1.290 per room per night incl. breakfast. Payment of the room is done directly to the hotel at check-out.
